Initial release.

[+] Added "messages.txt" for you to add your messages to be broadcasted! With color support!

[+] Commands can be added in the messages file by starting the line with a slash.

Note: This version has only been tested with 1.15.2 but that doesn't mean it only works on 1.15.2. If this plugin works on your non-1.15.2 server, let me know and I'll update the supported Bukkit versions.
