AtChat
AtChat is a small plugin that I created to let people know when they're talking to them. Whenever you say someone's name in chat, it will "tag" them, by putting an @ in front of their name and message them saying they were tagged by you.
Permissions
atchat.tag - allows you to tag others in your chat messages!
Commands
Currently there are none, but I am working fast and furiously to add more to this plugin!

- Allow users to change their statuses
