Ask

IMPORTANT: The file format has changed again. (Sorry, that's why its marked 'Alpha') The only file breaking thing is that the | character has been changed to the / character. (Yes, that's the one above the question mark.) A simple Find/Replace should do the trick.

Added features:

• Add writing unanswered questions to a file.
• Add reloading the config/answers file by admins.
• Add command like /ask r to say "Use /ask for your question" (R for remind)
• Add config for /ask r
• Add better answers file support. Ditto marks.
• Convert Commands to VoxelCommand, an unfinished command API.

Added Permissions:

• ask.ask
• ask.list
• ask.remind
• ask.reload

Added Config Properties: Please add them to ask.properties

• askReminder- Text to display to remind someone how to use ask. (/ask r)

WILL NOT WORK WITH v0.2a ANSWERS FILES! See above for how to fix this. Sorry for all these changes. That's why the "a" is still there.
