-Added check for screen version. Will use different screen.conf depending on what version of screen your using. Resolves issues for users running git version of screen. If user says no to shutting down bukkit, ABM will no longer try to start server. -Changed added top cpu and mem usage -Fixed bug in ABM setup script. When answer n to ramdisk, wasn't added false to config.
