- Added lobby where players get teleported after join
- Added random spawnpoints for all roles

- Added some configuration options:
- AllowLobby
- AllowExit
- Radius of the area where targets get points
- Amount of points required for each target
- Delay in which targets get point (in seconds)
- Amount of points target get awarded every delay
- Should targets/guards teleport to one random point or should they be spread
- Should all targets have the same targetpoint #true# or every target should have different #false#
