Added features:
Give players with permission a set of armor on respawn, with configurable type, enchantment, and enchantment level. Players with the permission "armorlock.droparmor" will drop a set of armor on death with configurable type, enchantment, and enchantment level. Prevent players who have the permission "armorlock.dropnothing" from dropping anything on death.
