Arena Control

Bug fix:

Threw a "severe" message in the log sometimes when blocks were broken by the player:

Could not pass event PlayerInteractEvent to ArenaControl v0.0.1

This was harmless. It was caused when this plugin tried to look at the (now broken) block to determine whether the player was right-clicking a sign.
