• The "name-delegator" takes priority now, so you can use the same patterns for normal signs and named signs.
• Signs carrying extra names can have those in any line now, however the first matching line is used, started with the 4th line.
• Sign names are taken "as is" now, no lower-case nor color-stripping is applied.
• This version was compiled and tested with Bukkit / 1.7.9 (might work on earlier versions same way).
