Changed it so that the code now has to be case sEnSiTiVe. If you set your code as FooBar, and the player types /rankup foobar, they will not be ranked up. It must be typed as specified in the config. (I haven't tested it but this version may or may not reload the entire config from scratch, so please make sure you have a backup before updating.) Also, works on 1.9.4. The last version did too, but I wanted to add the case feature ;)

This version changes a lot - specifically, it removes the ability to set your own command. Maybe it will return at a later date, but in it's previous state it was very buggy. Apologies!
