What's new

- Added XSeries 13.7.1. Every material, sound and banner pattern resolves through it now, so the
same jar runs on 1.8 up to the latest release.

- Fixed the crash that killed every menu on 1.12 and older. The plugin read Material.PLAYER_HEAD
directly, a field that only exists from 1.13, and the server threw NoSuchFieldError the moment a
menu was drawn.

- Fixed menu items turning into paper on 1.12 and older. Names like PLAYER_HEAD, LIME_DYE,
OAK_SIGN, RED_BED and CLOCK are translated to whatever that version calls them, data value
included.

- Fixed the banner editor breaking on older servers. LOOM, LIME_DYE, WHITE_DYE and the coloured
banners do not exist under those names there, and LOOM now falls back to a crafting table where
it is missing entirely.

- Fixed clan banners not loading on 1.12 and older, where every banner is a single BANNER
material with a data value instead of RED_BANNER, WHITE_BANNER and so on. The base colour is
read either way.

- Fixed /clan banner upload refusing a banner held in hand on those same versions.

- Fixed the pattern menu breaking on 1.21 and newer, where PatternType stopped being an enum. The
shape list comes from the registry now.

- Fixed player heads losing their skin on 1.11 and older, where setOwningPlayer does not exist
yet. The old name based setter is used there.

- Fixed light gray being called SILVER before 1.13 and showing up that way in menus. One name on
every version now.

- Fixed sounds doing nothing when the name belonged to another version. Sound names changed in
1.9 and again in 1.13, and anything unrecognised was dropped without a word.
