Finish basic utilities on disenchantment.
It's worth noting that the plugin's messages are only in Chinese now, but it doesn't affect the usage of disenchantment.
CAUTION: Target API is 1.19, and I have tested it on my 1.19 ~ 1.19.3 servers, where the plugin functions perfectly.
Generally, it will work on all versions that support anvils and enchantments. If you find it not working on other versions, please tell me in Github Issue.
