- Added optional hook for Metrics to send anonymous usage statistics, including percentage of IPv4 to URL links blocked on each active server, as well as more general information such as OS, CB version, etc. This can be disabled by setting opt-out to true in plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml; however, it's appreciative if you decide to opt-in.
- Added commands to modify exceptions in config.yml.
- Added debug command, which includes testing of a link or IP against filters, and the ability to test the last messages in the local database.
- Added ability in config.yml to take a specified action after a specified amount of attempts by a user. If you have a plugin that will temporarily ban users, AntiPub recognizes this and will reset the counter for the user each time.

- Bukkit debug code for Avaje Ebean (Persistence) will be displayed at the server startup. This will not affect anything outside of a slight annoyance to some. It does not currently seem possible to disable these messages, but they will be fixed if possible.
- Jar file size has increased with the addition of Metrics, but has been optimized to be as compressed as possible.
