- Removed debugging messages that I left in by mistake 07-20-2012

- When redirected to a location, players will still suffer fall damage from ender pearls and similar effects from other types of teleportation. The destination is simply hijacked and changed midstream, any other effects remain. I may add a configuration to allow different behavior here in the future but at the moment that is the intended effect.
