This stops all the people who spam your server saying they are PMC reviewers
Do you get all those annoying trolls of PMC that say they are doing a server review so they should get op? Well this is a great fix for you! What this plugin does, is that it allows you to tell people to use "/review". Once a player uses "/review" they are banned!
