ANSL v2.1 — AnotherSide License

1. Definitions

1.1. “Organization” means AnotherSide. 1.2. “Plugin” means any compiled software product published by AnotherSide. 1.3. “User” means any individual or legal entity using the Plugin. 1.4. “Source Code” means the original development code unless explicitly published as open source.

2. Ownership

2.1. The Plugin remains the intellectual property of AnotherSide.

2.2. This license grants usage rights, not ownership transfer.

2.3. All branding, names, and visual identity remain property of AnotherSide.

3. What You Are Allowed To Do

You are free to:

• Use the Plugin on any private or commercial Minecraft server.
• Monetize your server (ranks, donations, subscriptions, etc.).
• Share the original compiled Plugin file with others.
• Include the Plugin in public modpacks or server setups, as long as it is free and unmodified.
• Keep backup copies for operational purposes.

No additional permission is required for these uses.

4. What You May Not Do

Without written permission, you may not:

• Sell the Plugin as a standalone product.
• Charge money specifically for access to the Plugin file.
• Redistribute modified versions as official builds.
• Remove or alter copyright notices or branding.
• Claim authorship of the Plugin.

Reverse engineering for interoperability or security research is not prohibited, but redistribution of derived source code is not allowed.

5. Distribution Policy

5.1. The Plugin may be redistributed free of charge.

5.2. If redistributed, proper credit to AnotherSide must be included.

5.3. Distribution must not imply official partnership or endorsement unless explicitly granted.

6. Warranty

The Plugin is provided “AS IS”.

AnotherSide does not guarantee:

• Compatibility with all server environments
• Error-free operation
• Specific performance results

Use at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AnotherSide is not responsible for:

• Data loss
• Server downtime
• Financial loss
• Indirect or consequential damages

8. License Updates

AnotherSide may update this license in future versions. Continued use of the Plugin implies acceptance of the current license version.

9. Governing Law

This license is governed by applicable international intellectual property law.

If any provision becomes unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

This Plugin is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or Minecraft.
