Annoyances

Fixes for annoyances on your server.

v0.0.2-ALPHA for CraftBukkit 1.1-R5, 1.1-R6, and 1.1-R7.

Drops from living entities getting dropped into blocks in small spaces.
Mobs attack distance.
Can feed more wheat to animals who are already in love mode.
Can't attack mobs when you can't see their head. (Can't punch their feet)
Breaking a boat drops planks/sticks.
"You moved too quickly :( (Hacking?)"
Pressure plates don't play sounds.
Killing a pig that has a saddle doesn't result in getting the saddle back.
If a player attacks a pig zombie, the pig zombie (and nearby pig zombies) will become hostile to all players.
Filling buckets from oceans is a pain. (2+ deep water)
Spawn protection doesn't work correctly.
Explosions that are cancelled, explode, but make no sound.
"disconnect.spam"

Can enable/disable the fix for an annoyance individually. (E.g. Can have one of the annoyances fixed, while all the others remain untouched)

Add support for CraftBukkit 1.2.*
Annoyance: Experience orbs are dropped when a mob's body disappears, instead of when they die.
