Fixes for annoyances on your server.

Annoyances
- Drops from living entities getting dropped into blocks in small spaces.
- Mobs attack distance.
- Can feed more wheat to animals who are already in love mode.
- Can't attack mobs when you can't see their head. (Can't punch their feet)
- Breaking a boat drops planks/sticks.
- "You moved too quickly :( (Hacking?)"
- Pressure plates don't play sounds.
- Killing a pig that has a saddle doesn't result in getting the saddle back.
- If a player attacks a pig zombie, the pig zombie (and nearby pig zombies) will become hostile to all players.
- Filling buckets from oceans is a pain. (2+ deep water)
- Spawn protection doesn't work correctly.
- Explosions that are cancelled, explode, but make no sound.
- "disconnect.spam"
Features
- Can enable/disable the fix for an annoyance individually. (E.g. Can have one of the annoyances fixed, while all the others remain untouched)

- Add support for CraftBukkit 1.2.*
- Annoyance: Experience orbs are dropped when a mob's body disappears, instead of when they die.
