Ancient Gates Reloaded

Initial Release
- Removed metrics for now. I personally am not a fan of having plugins loaded with external calls. I will add it back in at a later time because it is nice to see how many people are using it. However, I will make sure everyone knows and it is an Opt-IN option.
- Entities will not be teleported when they are not associated with a player riding them.

It is possible to get stuck in an endless teleport loop if you try doing /server servername after teleporting from that BungeeCord server. This is a carryover bug from the previous maintainer. I am working on a fix that will help with this.
