Complete rewrite of plugin

• Added options for customizing plugin chat appearance
• Added support for short codes and color codes in messages
• Added slot machine protection (toggle-able)
• Added diagonal win detection (toggle-able)
• Added new reward action: broadcast - broadcast a global message
• Added support for player-created and owned slot machines
• Added managed slot machines - these slot machines dispense their prizes from an internal bank which must be filled by the owner. Prizes are subtracted from this bank, and use cost is added to this bank upon every spin
• Better performance across the board

Delete your old config.yml prior to installation. Your old slot machines might not be compatible with some of the new features (i.e managed slot machines). Delete and recreate them if you find this to be the case.
