What's new
- Updated config, tested working with CB RB 1185 and Spout RB 381
- Weather can look funny where differing biomes are near each other in winter
- Snow still doesn't collect and ice doesn't freeze in biomes that do not do it vanilla. I decided to wait until after 1.8 for this feature.
