Allows players to attempt to open locked chests and doors with a configurable "lockpick" item.

- Added ability to allow users to pick trap doors, fence gates, and furnaces
Does not stop Factions from displaying error message if operating inside another's faction.
Does not work with BukkitInventoryTools GUI if client is using Spoutcraft.
