Update magnitude: Minor fixes and additions

Quick fixes:

• Items do not drop on the ground after chest de-spawns.
• World name configuration setting added.
• No more console messages when server is empty.

Larger additions

A small amount of commands added (These commands can only be used by OPs):

1. /ad
2. /ad interval [minutes]
3. /ad world [world]
4. /ad disable
5. /ad enable

Installation If version 0.1 is installed currently, just replace the old jar with this one.
