+ New Feature: (Ticket #23) You can now globally disable/enable After Life.
    When AfterLife is disabled, players will not be able to automatically be turned in to ghosts.
    Force ghost/human commands will still work, and existing ghosts will be able to turn back in to human.
        The new command is:    /afterlife enable|disable
        The permission for the command is: [afterlife.toggle]
    When toggling AfterLife, the toggle state is saved in to the configuration file so it will stay during reloads/restarts. :)
