* Fixed Bug: Ghosts who log out will now also be updated with new visibility settings.
* Fixed Bug: Configurable toGhosts effects will now respect proper config settings, instead of using the toGhost's settings.
+ New Feature: When a ghosts logs out, and then back in the time left will be applied to the ghost.
