This is a simple chat plugin which allows you to type in a limited chat area.. This plugin takes over basic chat, so you only need type normally,and your text will be displayed to others within your range!
This plugin is an update of LocalChat (opensource), created by feildmaster, with bug fixes, removal of dependence on factions, and an update of events that were broken in that plugin.
