UPDATE 2.4
Well, this update fix many issues on teleporting like using an enderpearl or chorus fruit on teleporting...
By default this new option is true, if you want to disable it just add a line in your config.yml

ADDED check-location (true/false) before teleporting check if player has teleported.
              This will work as an alternative of onMoveEvent & it also check if player

              has been teleported (at least 1 Block) from its original position.
