Advanced Chorus Fruit

Changes:
- Added permission command that server operators can use to limit what parts of the plugin players can use
- Removed setopexclusive command

Fixes:
- Problem occurring when changing existing warp points
- Errors occurring when only a single fruit was held and eaten
- Small exploit that allowed setting warp points when not intended to

Note: Any older AdvancedChorusFruit folders from previous versions will have to be deleted first since the json data was restructured
