Update 3

Add:
Vault as default permissions (it will use Bukkit Permission if vault isn't installed)

Change:

Smaller code changes which should not change how it feels/work

Fixx:

CraftBukkitUpToDate, now it should work
AFKTerminator should now hook correctly (Had to add hook after Enabling Plugin)
