Fixed console errors when player closes their inventory
Turned Admins in watch mode's name blank when pressing tab to hide who is watching
Added /lock command to allow admins to lock a player in their exact location to do investigations (/unlock to unlock player)
Added inspection game mode (This forces admins to play as normal players until they enter inspection mode, all data of commands used and chat until they exit the game mode) /inspection on/off
Added player spawn looking inside targets eyes (Press shift to get out)
Added /pr system
NOTE: This update will apply for 1.9 (AdminWatch V3.1.0)
If the player does not have permission adminwatch.allow.inspection and does not have permission to use the command meant to be used in inspection mode, it will still prompt to enter inspection mode to used said command, this is not tested with permission plugins such as Pex or GM and MAY not happen
