Update 2.0 - The Bugfix Update

• Fixed messaging bug where messages would be doubled to sender. Ex: player types /heal, "You have been healed" And "You healed player"
• Removed /freezeall unnecessary command.
• Renamed /muteall to /chat. This will enable/disable chat.
• Added adminessentials.chat. Gives command to /chat.
• Added adminessentials.chat.bypass which bypasses disabled chat. Defaulted to ops.
• Exempted sender from being included in /killall and /kickall.
• Sent sender a message saying how many they kicked or killed using kickall or killall. Ex. /killall -> "You killed 24 players"
• Added /back
• Renamed config.yml to cache.yml to suit it's purpose more.
• Added all possible commands to console. Doesn't include, /tppos, /tpall, and /tphere. All other commands can be directed to a player. Ex. /ci notch

Plugin has been throughly tested and remade to reduce the number of bugs. Next update will include a lot more commands.
