I implemented a new feature in the plugin: Maintenance mode!

Commands:

• /maintenance : toggles the maintenance mode (on, off)
• /maintenance on : enables the maintenance mode, replace on with off for disabling Permissions:
• admintool.maintenance.set to toggle the maintenance mode (the commands above)
• admintool.maintenance.join to join when the maintenance mode is on

Of course you can edit all messages in the "messages.yml".

When the maintenance mode is off... ...and when it is on. When the maintenance mode is on and the player doesnt have the permission to join.
