ActuallyHeavyCore

A lightweight plugin that makes maces balenced by making the heavy core actually heavy. This makes them more fair to play against.

When holding a mace you get the slowness effect mirroring the fact that it is actually called a heavy core. This also applies for the heavy core itself.
