Actor allows you to create NPC actors which playback pre-recorded actions in world.

Added commands:
loop: description: Set an actor (or "all") to loop usage: /loop [on|off] actorname
visible: description: Set an actor visible to all other players or just the author. usage: /visible [on|off] actorname
- Issues with 'dup' - actors don't rewind visually although they are rewound.
- Command set incomplete.
