• You can change the first line to whatever you want. (Works correctly now)

• New feature: You can now destroy your own active signs.

• New permission: "Destroy" this handy permission dictates who can destroy active signs.

• New option: "Author" this displays the creators name at the bottom of the active sign.

• Started work on a new Language support framework (There a some settings in the config, they just don't do anything yet.)
