AchievementNotifier

Ever wanted to have a customizable way to announce player achievements? 

AchievementNotifier: The easy way to customize achievement announcements.

Permissions:

- achievementnotifier.reload: allows the user to reload the config file.

Commands:

- /an reload: reloads the config file.

Setup:

-  Open your server.properties file and change "announce-player-achievements=true" to false.

- Open the config.yml file in the plugin folder and change colors, style, and wording.

The Config:

- The config has one line: the style path. Simply change the text and alter colors/styles by using the section symbol (§).

- Must have a text spot for the player name and the achievement name, both spots set by "%s"
