Sorry once again for such a long time between file uploads; I've spent dozens of hours bug-fixing.

Do note this is once again a developmental build, and will have a number of errors. Please do not use this on a professional server, and report all bugs.

Changelog:

-Removed several hundred lines of unused or unnecessary code (This includes some of the previously added utility features, sorry).

-Fixed the following bugs:

   -Fixed Metrics not submitting data properly

   -Fixed several startup errors

   -Fixed the chatlog not writing to file properly 

   -Fixed the plugin version information appearing incorrectly

   -Fixed the enabled module tracking not working correctly (Not all features are tracked yet though)

-Added a warning if aBasics is running on an unsupported Bukkit version 

-Reworked the API system to run on instances created by plugins
