Sorry for not uploading a new file for so long... I've been hard at work both on this plugin and on many others

Warning: This is a development build, and will as thus, likely have features that don't work properly; I haven't had time to test everything

-Removed the AFK detection system since it was fundamentally broken from the start

-Added the following open-use utility functions, some of which are basic/incomplete:

  --Server RAM utils

  --Bukkit / Minecraft version utils

  --Text file logging utils

  --Custom Config utils

  --Chat formatter utils

  --basic Inventory creation utils

  --Shulker Box utils

  --And more 

-Added listeners for chunk loading and entity spawners that despawn mobs based on a config-defined per-chunk cap

-Added a text file logger

-Attempted to remove the issues with the limited sleep by making it accelerate time instead of skipping it

-Added a tree timber feature

-Added the ability to open a shulker box by right-clicking air with one

-Slightly improved the API

-Attempted to add tab-complete options to all commands
