aBasics

Once again, quite a lot done here, both in terms of fixes and content. A lot has progressed in terms of my coding skill, quality of my setup, and my free time to work on aBasics.

-Fixed a few more issues with config and messages.

-Added a rudimentary API that allows add-ons to read config messages (More info coming in the next update)

-Added a set of utilities that will allow for faster updates involving data files and similar

-Added full support for permissions plugins

-Once again removed a lot of unused code from the last update
