No major changes in this update; I planned to add some more utility commands but I messed up and ended deleting all the files. So instead, I took the opportunity to clean up and rebuild the plugin.

-re-built the entire plugin jar structure (almost) entirely from the ground up

-removed the redundant kill command

-removed the broken item auto-clear feature that I intend to add back later as one of a set of commands

-removed the masssay command; that will be added in a "fun commands" addon.

-removed a lot of generally unnecessary code
