Updated Vanilla RTX Opus based on Vanilla RTX & Vanilla RTX Normals v1.26.12

With this iteration of Vanilla RTX Opus, the style of normal maps was simplified and they've now been downscaled to 96x (Previously 192x).
Previously, the normals derived from Vanilla RTX's heightmaps had an edge thickness of two where the furthermost pixel had half the intensity, while this successfully reproduced how Minecraft represents heightmaps in-game, the decision to keep it that way was a difficult one as it wasn't exactly perfect for overlaying with the normal maps of Vanilla RTX Normals.

The generation process was also adjusted such that 2 primary cardinal directions are sampled instead of 4 primary and 4 secondary.
This simplifies the bumpiness percieved on the surfaces, leading to less visual clutter, so you can now see Vanilla RTX & Vanilla RTX Normals merged into one in a better way than previous iterations and appreciate them more! 

Additionally, this update cuts the installation disk space usage to 80-70mb down from over 200mb.
