Alright this is a rather small one but some issues were found in the previous version which needed some quick addressing

Vanilla Reforged 1.3.1

---Lighting---

• Tweaked lighting to be a bit brighter at sunrise
• Adjusted nether wastes lighting
• tweaked water lighting color

---Atmosphere---

• Added a few transition layers between sunrise to noon giving a much more interesting visual change in the sky
• Updated forest, jungle, birch forest and dark forest configs
• New clouds texture that features more correct shading and less empty space in the sky (and a fun secret)
• Adjusted weather fog to now take height into account
• Adjusted water fog distribution for better light shafts

• fixed a one pixel offset on prismarine
• updated sea lantern and crafting table top
