Alright, its been awhile, so its update time! This one isnt super big but does improve on various places and fixes many of the issues with brightness

---Lighting---

• Updated lighting at day, sunrise and night
• Slightly toned back the intensity of the sun in pale garden biomes

---Atmosphere---

• Updated the sky at most times of day
• Improved the brightness of various fogs
• Adjusted plains fog
• Adjusted forest fog

---PBR---

• Added new normals for ice, obsidian and packed ice, tall grass and double tall grass
• Added proper SSS for tall grass and double tall grass
• Corrected an oversight that led to double tall grass not having normals on the top portion
• Corrected an oversight that resulted in the tall grass having a mismatched resolution from the normals and MERS files
