• Revamped appearance of item frame and glow item frame

• Adjusted torches to allow Vanilla RTX Tuner's Emissivity Multiplier to leave a greater impact with high multipliers

• Updated rough prismarine normal map 
Corrected normal map. PBR texture sizes now correctly match the base texture (Previously this prevented Vanilla RTX Tuner from tuning this particular block)

• Other changes:
- Beacons are now brighter
- Adjusted sea lantern for the edges to be better impacted by the Vanilla RTX Tuner app
- Adjusted leaf litter to be more dirt-like
- Minor adjustments to several blocks
