A major revision for Vanilla RTX Normals is here to accommodate for changes in 1.21.80 release of Minecraft, along with atmospheric overhaul for a variety of biomes!

Vanilla RTX Normals 1.21.120 / Release Notes:

• Atmospheric Overhaul for the following biomes:
- Taiga, Taiga Hills, Taiga Mutated, Mega Taiga, Mega Taiga Hills, Redwood Taiga, Redwood Taiga Hills, Plains, Sunflower Plains, River (non-cold), Forest, Flower Forest, Wooded Hills

- Pale Garden & Cherry Grove fogs have also been readjusted.

- You can find a short breakdown of what this means for all Vanilla RTX projects in Vanilla RTX's changelogs section.

• Minecraft 1.21.80.27 fixed PBR textures on candles. Candles are now fully revamped with better lighting and a new waxy material.
Due to the lack of hardcoded point lights, candles are still somewhat dysfunctional—this is addressed in the Enhanced option.
• Adjusted Ender Eye appearance—now subtly glows in the dark. (This reflects its intended design as seen in Vibrant Visuals)
• Improved sea pickle's appearance
• Revamped turtle egg's appearance
• Flattened Flower Pots (Note: this block has strange overlapping UVs—normals or heightmaps are best avoided entirely)

▣ Enhanced (Option) Changelogs:

• Reverted Spyglass texture to the workaround seen in 1.21.10
• Added Enhancement for Candles:
Now more viable as a light source with a fading glow effect on the wax towards the bottom.
Lit candles' wick now glows a bright yellow color instead of black.
• Removed Dried Kelp Block workaround—no longer needed in 1.21.80.27+
• Moved Chiseled Bookshelf workaround to a dedicated folder—for tidiness, no impact.
