The Immersive Music Pack

Hi! This update is meant to set the ground for some of the changes coming in the future regarding the music and where it plays.
After some updates the pack started to override the fog, sounds, water color and many more things packs usually contain for their biomes instead of only adding the music. This ended up messing biomes and the Nether completely!
I had to include the vanilla biome components so it could work alongside the music. That means this pack will always revert your biome colors and fog back to the vanilla ones, if you put any pack that has custom biome components above this one music will stop from playing. I really want to find a workaround to this to max the compatibility in the feature plus something else I've been workig on!
