Survival+ (survival pack)

- added subpack to switch water and lava fog to eihter on or off
- changed the hotbar to default to allow overlapping of texture packs
- changed the hunger/ food icon on the hud.
- added a hallow smoke outline to make the smoke more see through
- added smaller spears
