Simple motion blur

Simple motion blur is a useful pack for PvP and other uses like 

Building, clips. Practically anything which is great...

But Bedrock doesn't really have any motion blur mods 

So I've decided to make a pure motion blur mod

For mcpe.   It is lightweight and does not require any experimental toggles

You can't take the mod and say it's yours

You can use this for recording and for your mod.
