UPDATE 2
-Added a black skybox with red fog to override the main fog at night and still be visible.
-Added a Roblox Grace star in the center of the sky.
-Nerfed the red Vibrant Visuals fog. (Fancy fog may still affect the shading)
-Made the red light cover the water surface more in Vibrant Visuals.
-Made players glow when Vibrant Visuals is enabled.
KNOWN ISSUES
-Rain splash particles are blue and don't match the rain.
-Vibrant Visuals rain fog is gray.
-Distant blocks seen from underwater are gray.
