Updates the cat textures as well as the model to have a refreshed appearance, now on Bedrock!

Description
Refined Cats replaces the default cat with a custom model, new animations, and brand new 30+ textures. A pack made by sulep for Java Edition and ported by me, Parzival_ to Bedrock Edition
For special breeds, (shown below) you have to use a nametag for the texture to change.
Snow Leopards can only spawn in snowy biomes
Sphynx can only spawn in desert biomes
