Fixed an issue where the Quick Settings option could not be enabled.

New features:

Adjusted the texture of sculk vibration particles and redstone wire

Added transparent scaffolding (Redstone Mode only)

Added sapling growth status display

Added block outline for sulfur and cinnabar

Added translation corrections

Added redstone zone display for versions 26.10–26.20+ (Redstone Mode only, requires Levi Launcher + shader plugin loaded)

Added top-right backpack UI (Redstone Mode only)

The backpack UI will have a toggle switch in the future; it is currently unfinished, so it is limited to Redstone Mode for now
